What is your workout routine?
My workout routine is simply going to the gym and doing 100 sit-ups on each side, lifting about 60 pounds on my upper and lower legs, and running 2 miles!!!

My biggest accomplishment is winning the title of Miss Hinds Community College and being given the chance to participate in the Miss Mississippi Pageant.

Who am I?
My name is Kayla Hubbard. I am 19 years old. I have two wonderful parents named Anthony and Carolyn Hubbard. I live in Magee, Mississippi. I have two sisters and two brothers, I am the baby, of course! I also have two nieces and two nephews! I love hanging out with my friends and family. My favorite food to eat is my dad's fried chicken and squash. I am very free spirited, and I love to talk. My major is Elementary Education, because I love children. I plan to receive a Master's degree in Education.

Tell us about your platform.
My platform is Childhood Obesity. The reason I chose my platform is because as a child I watched my friends and family be physically and verbally abused due to being obese. I want to help others improve their eating habits so they can live a healthy life and not be subjected to ridicule. It is my goal to help young people understand the importance of eating a healthy diet. This will in turn help them to build self-esteem and confidence and strive to reach their dreams.
